Indego by Vinnet is an award-winning contemporary Indian restaurant located in the lavish Grosvenor House Hotel in the Marina district of Dubai. Here you'll find a kitchen headed by well-known celebrity Vineet Bhatia, the first Indian chef to be awarded a Michelin star. Since opening in 2005, Indego by Vinnet is more than a match for any restaurant in the country thanks to its combination of traditional Indian cuisine and with a fine-dining presentation style.
Overlooking the main restaurant, the private dining room's ambience is cosy and chic with a sense of elegant royalty. The interiors of the restaurant use vibrant colors clashed with bold patterns for a warmth that feels as refined as it does homely. Within the restaurant you'll also find Nataraja sculptures, timber jhalli screens and traditional Indian Jhutt, framed as artwork on the walls. This combination serves as a true reflection of the coming together of both a modern and traditional Indian culture.
Indego by Vinnet is available for private hire, making this one of the most unique private dining opportunities in the city. The private dining room of Indego by Vinnet overlooks the terrace and Dubai Marina. A large and heavy carved door dominates the room and sits on a hand-woven Indian carpet. The red velvet tub chairs surround the round table, which can seat up to 8 guests, making it the ideal setting for an intimate dinner or celebration between colleagues and clients or friends and family.
On the menu, you'll find dishes of different styles using varying preparation techniques, including street food-inspired dishes and those prepared on a Tawa, Tandoor, Sigdi and Handi. Chef Vineet wants his guests to experience his vision of India on a plate, and understand the Indian principle of sharing food. The signature dishes include Tandori salmon, Keralan prawn pulao, Chandni chicken makhni.
