SoBe Rooftop Bar really does sell itself, and that’s before you’ve even seen the food menu. Being the only rooftop bar on the Palm Jumeirah with 360 degree views of Dubai, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy an unobstructed view of the city. With fairy light encased palm trees dotted between the seating, and candles adorning every table, SoBe Rooftop has created the ultimate setting to take in the sunset over drinks with friends.

To confirm this, there are also special offers available for ‘Sunset Sundays’ and ‘Sunday Sessions’ with deals on selected drinks between 5-8pm. If you’re looking to head out with the girls, on Wednesday nights between 8pm - midnight SoBe also hosts a ladie’s night with offers on drinks and 30% off the food menu.

The interior is just as stunning with its vibrant decor and floor to ceiling windows offering another opportunity to look over the skyline. A neon ceiling light shines a purple hue over the centre of the restaurant, located directly above a large sofa that's decorated with metallic cushions reflecting the light throughout the restaurant.

SoBe describes itself as having a Chino-Latino menu, providing a range of smaller plates and cocktails to see you through the evening. Covering the latino side of the menu is dishes such as taco al pastor and chorizo croquetas, with the likes of five spice duck pancakes and lamb chops with a pineapple lemongrass salsa supplying the more Asian flavours. Each dish here is vibrant in colour and intense in flavour, giving you a reason to stay even after the sun goes down.
