About

Bageri Form is focused on recreating the Scandi experience, showcasing Dutch specialities and preparing versions of elevated classics. It practices traditional methods in combination with modern innovation to produce freshly baked goods every day.

The interior is chic and beautifully designed, always with simplicity in mind. The open-plan bake shop allows the production process to be viewed by customers, demonstrating their signature artisan methods. The dough ferments for at least 24 hours before it is baked, allowing it to develop to its full potential. The added touch of primroses for decoration and the use of off-white porcelain plates creates a stylish presentation for the delicate hand-crafted pastries to flourish. Upon entering Bageri Form you are greeted with the smell of fresh bread and a vision of authenticity.

Bageri Form’s bakery staples are yeast-free rustic bread, cardamom and cinnamon buns, matcha and black sesame babka, as well as the classics, such as croissants and pan au chocolat. Sweet Danish treats include, but are not limited to, the miso caramel-coated peaches, or the strawberry, lemon and mascarpone mousseline. The menu also features a selection of small savoury pastries, such as feta cheese and spinach or sour cream, sweet corn and sun-kissed tomato.

If the food is not enough to tempt you in, perhaps the selection of refreshing cold brews will. The bakery regularly showcases delicious drinks with fabulous flavours, including Thyme and Orange or Pink Lemon Basil.

The bakery’s limited-edition breads of choice change regularly and have previously taken the form of the nutritious and filling Rye Seeded Loaf with sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Bread is enjoyed with a generous serving of whipped butter and a cup of fresh ground coffee or decadent hot cocoa, blending rich French chocolate with sweet chocolate buttons, for a smooth and creamy mug of hot choc! The bakery doesn’t just limit itself to pastries; cakes often appear on the menu, such as warm toffee date cake, served with salted caramel and brown toffee sauce.
