Modelled to look live a real cave, CAVE Dubai, located on the second floor of The Conrad hotel this dimly lit wine bar is the ideal escape after a long day in the Dubai sun.
The entrance to the restaurant bar features cave like walls that open up into a restaurant covered in dark wood furnishings, a lightbox style bar with intricate patterns carved into it and casual seating areas to relax in.
Being part of a hotel, if you fancy getting out of your room for a few hours, why not head down to mezzanine to enjoy a glass of wine and some international cuisine.
On the menu you’ll find beef bresaola, la quesadillas with chicken and sharing plates including a charcuterie board and cheese fondue. If you are looking for something a little bigger, the wagyu sliders or croquet monsieur are worth a try too.
Open till late no matter what time of day you fancy popping in for a glass of wine and a sharing plate, CAVE will be open to serve up wine from all over the world.
Although it calls itself a wine bar, if that isn’t quite your thing, one of the Cave classic cocktails such as the vodka espresso, clover club or sangria swizzle should quench your thirst instead.
Although kids are allowed in the hotel, in the Cave you’ll mostly find couples and small groups enjoying all the wine on offer, so we recommended you take an adult only visit to this bar/ restaurant.
As Cave is located in the trade centre area of the city, the cave like interiors will transport you from the hustle and bustle of the city to the calm and intimate insides of a cave where you can drink and dine in luxury before heading to your room just a few meters away.
