The St Regis Abu Dhabi, a spectacular five-star hotel by the coast of Abu Dhabi, has taken fine dining a step further with its sensational Helipad Dinner. Once a month since the event’s launch in 2016, the St Regis offers 20 guests the opportunity to dine on the hotel’s private helipad for 90 minutes during the Abu Dhabi sunset – we can’t imagine a more exclusive and glamourous opportunity, and indeed breath-taking view. An incredibly unique setting, the helipad upon which lucky guests will dine is the highest active helipad in the Middle East, an astounding 225 metres above sea level, which guarantees one-of-a-kind views of a mesmerising landscape and vivid sunset.
Upon arriving at the St Regis hotel lobby (or perhaps you’ve gone all out and you’re already staying inside), you can expect to be escorted through the five-star hotel to its private rooftop, where you’ll be welcomed by a team of St Regis butlers, chefs, mixologists, and waiters. These dedicated staff members will work throughout the evening to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience of fine drinks, extravagant canapés, delicately crafted cakes, and the signature St Regis Afternoon tea.
As if that wasn’t tempting enough, you’ll also be serenaded by a live saxophonist or violinist who play whilst you dine by the light of the sun setting over the Arabian Gulf.
Prices start at AED 750 per person, and diners must be over 21 to experience the pleasure of the Helipad Dinner.
