Hessa Street Kitchen is a pan-Asian restaurant serving dishes inspired by Malaysian, Indonesian, Thai and Indian cuisine. It’s one of four restaurants and bars located inside Radisson Hotel Dubai DAMAC Hills, finding its home on the first floor.
Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks throughout the week, Hessa Street Kitchen offers relaxed all-day dining in a cosy and friendly setting. The bright and spacious dining room is replete with a variety of seating styles, from large tables to cosy corners, while trailing green foliage and bright orange seats are contrasted with charcoal grey floors for a modern aesthetic.
The kitchen is commandeered by executive chef Carl Moore, who has designed an extensive menu of pan-Asian delights. From the starters list, expect the likes of onion bhajis, vegetable spring rolls or chargrilled chicken skewers served with a peanut satay sauce. While a dedicated selection of Indian dishes includes aloo gobi served alongside yellow dhal, rice and paratha, chicken tikka masala and a Goan fish curry. The bulk of the menu, however, is centred around far east fusion cuisine, and includes things like coconut curry laksa with noodles, shrimps and beansprouts, Thai chicken curry, beef rendang, sweet and sour chicken, and nasi goreng. For dessert, there’s a refreshing mango and lemongrass pannacotta with mango coulis and mint.
For breakfast, Hessa Street Kitchen offers an a la carte menu of hot and cold options. Lighter options include cereals, granola and pastries, but you can also opt for more substantial dishes such as a ham, mushroom and cheese omelette, or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast.
To drink, a small selection of wines, sparkling, spirits, beers and cocktails comprise the alcoholic offering, while coffees and teas are also available if you fancy a post-dinner hot drink.
