Lah Lah is a Pan-Asian kitchen and bar located within boutique hotel Zabeel House The Greens. This edgy hangout is great for after work drinks, nights out and lazy lunches and dinners, where it brings the cuisines of Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Singapore all under one roof. With a range of seating styles on offer, from cosy corners for intimate catch-ups to large communal tables perfect for group dining, this trendy restaurant and bar caters for everyone.
The spacious restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere and soft interiors, with a mix of small and large tables, golden lighting, wicker lampshades and a leafy area slightly set apart from the main restaurant suited to remote working or those looking for a quiet spot to eat.
The menu features a large range of sharing plates as well as more substantial main courses, such as curries, noodles and rice dishes. Kick things off with a selection of starters and small bites, such as prawns with wasabi mayonnaise, avocado and green mango, wagyu beef tataki with crispy garlic, mayonnaise, spring onion, coriander and yuzu ponzu, or prawn toast with foie-gras, prawns, carrot, spring onion, spicy mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce. A range of sharing platters make things easy if you can’t decide, or opt for a selection of sushi rolls if you prefer.
For main course, discover wok dishes served with your choice of white or brown rice, such as sweet and sour tofu or kung pao chicken. Other fragrant dishes include nasi goreng, ginger lotus sea bass, Malaysian laksa noodles and seafood curry dumplings. For dessert, there are plenty of tempting options such as mango sticky rice with sesame seed and coconut sauce, or chocolate lava cake.
