This new york style restaurant brings favourites presented in a refined way, without making any compromise on flavour. The setting is chic, with a large marble bar, leather booths, and plush velvet seats, as well as the walls varying between stone walls, and slightly more contemporary metallic designs. It manages to walk the line between understated and perfectly detailed. Keeping with the theme of the rest of the hotel, this restaurant oozes luxury, with its elegant feel and effortlessly cool interior.

There are many steak options, such as boneless rib eye, dry aged Porterhouse and Chateaubriand, as well as a wagyu selection such as Kobe and Saroma with Japan, and Kiwami from Australia.
