Sui Mui at The Westin Dubai brings pan-Asian cuisines to the heart of Dubai in a lively setting.
Sui Mui’s innovative menu, devised by Thai-born chef Khampun, combines the freshest ingredients and authentic cooking techniques to celebrate the best of Asian food, featuring cuisines from eight countries across the continent. Sui Mui combines and celebrates the cuisines of Thailand, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and China.
The restaurant provides an ambient setting, with both indoor seating with view of the open kitchen and a covered outdoor terrace. In a setting suitable for both large groups and an intimate date night, guests can order small or large plates, or even the ultimate ‘grazing table’, with tapas laid out on a banana leaf table.
The variety of cuisines offered at Sui Mui is reflected in their wide-ranging menu. The restaurant offers sushi, dim sum, BBQ’d and grilled meat and fish, noodles, soup and curries, as well as a full vegan menu.
Sui Mui also holds a range of special events weekly. Dubai’s famous Saturday brunch, Bubbalicious, is a collaboration between three restaurants – Sui Mui, Mina’s Kitchen and Baba. Diners can move between the three restaurants and experience the ten live cooking stations, mixology counters, live music and children’s entertainment. This is a truly special brunch event, with something on offer for everybody.
Sui Mui also has their own brunch offering on Sunday evenings. The Pho Real brunch serves diners a range of Asian cuisines, at AED 169 for food only and AED 225 for unlimited select drinks.
Street Food Night at Sui Mui is held on Thursdays, taking diners on a culinary journey through Asia, again with set price packages.
Sui Mui is open for dinner from Sunday to Friday from 6pm, and open on Saturday afternoons for the Bubbalicious brunch. The restaurant is child-friendly, and provides vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
