When you want real wow factor in Dubai, it’s almost a no-brainer to head to one of the Atlantis hotels. Here at The Royal you’ll find Estiatorio Milos Dubai, one of the city’s most glamorous Mediterranean restaurants that offers group and private dining options by the bucketload.
Ingredients are king here, with the freshest vegetables, seafood and meat sourced to ensure the vibrant menu never misses a mark. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone with friends and family or have to pull it out the bag on a corporate dinner, the please-all menu and stunning surrounds are sure to impress even the fussiest of guests.
Centred around an outdoor pool, the restaurant spans indoor and outdoor dining, offering a range of options when it comes to your group dining booking. Plump for a spot indoors to take full advantage of the air conditioning and floor to ceiling windows, or head outside for a waterside seat. Here you’ll find various pontoons in amongst the water that act as little private dining islands for diners. With options from four guests and upwards, these are some of the most special seats in the house. Our favourite is the one found at the bottom of the central steps which is surrounded on all sides by the blue haze of the pool, and truly feels a lifetime away from the real world. While the pontoon may be private, the benefit of having a table here is that you can still benefit from the buzz of the other diners around you, for the ideal mix of atmosphere and exclusivity.
On the menu you’ll find beautiful seafood, including wild Greek oysters and cevices as well as all the usual favourites – from tzatziki and hummus through to warm, grilled breads.
Heading up the operation is Costas Spiliadis whose empire spans renowned restaurants in New York, Las Vegas and London.
