BiBo Doha is an Andalusian-style brasserie in the St. Regis Doha, celebrating food from Spain and beyond. A concept by chef Dani Garcia with locations in Ibiza, London, Madrid and Tarifa, bringing together dishes from Spain and Garcia’s travels around the world – this is the restaurant’s first branch outside Europe. The restaurant has stylish décor paying homage to its Andalusian influences.
Spanish-inspired tapas plates are available, with dishes including Andalusian marinated sea bass, a classic Spanish omelette and mixed croquettes. The main courses on offer include salt-baked sea bass served with sauteed spinach and piquillo sauce, and a whole lobster with bomba rice, seafood broth and saffron. Seafood in particular is celebrated at BiBo, with a range of seafood served in different styles on the menu. BiBo’s food is beautifully presented, making the dining experience even more special.
Classic Spanish desserts are also served, including creamy vanilla rice pudding. BiBo’s signature dessert is the Sol de Marbella, a caramel chocolate mousse with a chocolate centre, and white chocolate wrapped in gold. If you’re feeling adventurous, nitrogen-frozen ice cream is also on the menu.
BiBo offers a Friday brunch, including Andalusian classic tapas and a range of cocktails. A special Saturday lunch is also offered, with a streamlined version of the restaurant’s main menu available in a package deal with drinks included.
Celebration cakes are also available to order at least 24 hours in advance, to make a dinner at BiBo even more special. Flavours including black forest and red velvet.
