Fuschia offers a slightly lighter take on Thai cuisine, with the freshness of ingredients and dishes their top priority. The freshest ingredients are used where possible, and meals are made from scratch in-house. All the classics are on the menu here - green and red curries (that can be made vegan on request!), pad thai, steamed sea bass and ginger chicken. The starters on the menu are slightly less traditionally Thai, with satay chicken skewers, sesame prawn toast, prawn tempura, pan-fried crispy tofu and lemongrass chicken wings on offer.
They also serve speciality dishes including their Thai burger, with panko-coated chicken with spicy sriacha mayo and tangy papaya salad, and their grilled chicken served with spicy sauce and sauteed baby bok choy. Seasonal specials are also on offer; their summer specials include tofu salad, summer spring rolls with duck, chilli chicken wings, a falafel wrap, and chicken katsu curry.
There are also salads available, for if you're wanting something a little healthier that's still Thai-inspired and flavourful - try the quinoa salad with a chilli lime dressing or the spicy crispy fish salad with mango, carrot and green apple.
A selection of their main menu dishes can be made vegan on request, but the restaurant also has an extensive vegan menu, so is a great choice for any vegans or vegetarians looking for Thai fare. They also offer a business lunch set menu - choose from 'The Noodler', 'The Power', 'The Curry in a Hurry' or 'The Vegetarian' and enjoy a selection of Thai tapas for just AED 55.
