Found at the Dubai Marina outpost of luxury hotel brand Address, Kambaa is a relaxed lounge and dining space which is open all day. The restaurant is found within a sphere like space in the lobby of the hotel, while the interiors are a whirlwind of marble-topped surfaces, plump scatter cushions and high ceilings which are befitting of its hotel setting.
There is a selection of food available buffet-style in the centre of the dining room, but you can also order dishes to your table via the à la carte menu. The menu begins with an all-day breakfast offering, which includes morning pick me ups such as a basket of freshly-baked pastries, or poached eggs over waffle with tomato, hash brown and mushrooms.
Later in the day, you can indulge in an afternoon tea that sees the typical selection of savouries followed by an assortment of sweets, while Kambaa’s selection of loose leaf teas is also not to be sniffed at. Choose from a range of blends, including French Early Grey, Royal Darjeeling, and Moroccan Mint.
Completing the restaurant’s food offering is the likes of salads, soups, sandwiches and burgers. If you are feeling virtuous, opt for a corn and avocado salad with Mexican spices, while if you are in the mood to indulge, the brie and honey ‘meltdown’ sandwich is surely the dish for you.
Kambaa is also a great place to bring the family, with children up to the age of five eating for free, and kids between the ages of six and 11 receiving 50% off their bill. Little ones (and big kids) will likely be big fans of Kambaa’s dessert selection, which includes green tea and banana cake with coconut ice cream, while thick milkshake flavoured with chocolate and strawberry will also provide a sugar rush.
