Nestled at the heart of Dubai Marina, NOÉPE is housed in the glamorous Park Hyatt Dubai Creek Resort. This stylish Nikkei restaurant boasts a terrace overlooking the creek itself, Cape Cod-inspired interiors and a delicious menu of Japanese and Peruvian delights. The space is furnished with plenty of wicker, shells and rope, just like a lake cabin, ensuring the hustle and bustle of the city will wash away as soon as you arrive. Diners can opt to eat alfresco, soaking in the setting sun over cocktails and dinner, or sit inside by the well-stocked bar.
On the drinks menu, you'll find an abundance of choice. Those who prefer beer or wine can choose from a global selection, while those who prefer sparkling are well-catered to as well. We do recommend trying the cocktails here, as the signature creations are not to be missed. The geisha, for example, is a tasty blend of Japanese gin, vodka, strawberry sorbet, egg white, yuzu and strawberry puree. For something a little earthier, try the crazy hipster, a simpler mix of whiskey, almond syrup and cinnamon. Classic cocktails such as mojitos, mai tais and margaritas are also available, as well as spritzes, softs and mocktails.
When it comes to the food at NOÉPE, it all starts with the raw bar. Here, you'll find exotic Nikkei creations like the deep-fried salmon maki, featuring teriyaki salmon, kimchi mayo, mango, tobiko and cream cheese, or the beef carpaccio with togorashi rub, wasabi creme, cured egg yolk and chilli oil. If you would rather start your meal hot, try the fried calamari with chimichurri mayo, curry dust and lime. For the main event, there are exciting dishes like the charred octopus with beef chorizo, parsley and garlic oil, alongside a meatier rack of smoked short ribs with gochujang glaze, sesame seeds, spring onion, edamame and grapefruit.
