Publique is a waterside bar and restaurant that brings the alpine experience to Dubai.   Publique is decorated like a French mountain lodge, with warm, rustic details including a wooden bar, a gondola DJ booth and open (LED!) fires. The chalet décor creates a relaxed yet vibrant ambience. Step outside to see the Alps and Dubai meet on Publique’s terrace. The wintery ambience in maintained through the décor, on the suntrap terrace with views of the Arabian Gulf and the Burj al Arab.   Publique’s menu celebrates the very best of traditional French mountain cuisine, with focus on meat and cheese. The lunch menu features dishes such as truffle fondue fries and seared fois gras mousse with fig brûlée.   Publique’s dinner menu is even more indulgent. It features alpine sharing classics fondue, raclette and pierrade. Other menu stand-outs include the tartiflette, the confit duck breast, and the must-have side dish with any French meal, the dauphinoise potatoes.   There are also sharing boards available to order, with cold cut, charcuterie and cheese boards on offer.   The dessert menu features French classics ile flottante and crème brûlée, as well as a chocolate fondue. There is also a crêpe menu with sweet and savoury offerings.   Special weekly events celebrate French mountain traditions, including raclette and fondue nights, on Mondays and Thursdays respectively. Diners can enjoy unlimited raclette or fondue, 2 hours of house wine and an alpine blueberry tart for dessert for AED 280 per person.   Publique’s apres-ski brunch is held every afternoon from 1pm to 4pm, with a selection of alpine dishes and unlimited drinks available for three hours, from AED 220, allowing guests to relax and enjoy themselves in this laid-back, cosy restaurant.   Publique brings a taste of the Alps to Dubai, in a lively yet relaxed venue in which guests can indulge alpine food and wine.
