Skafos offers Mediterranean inspired dining on the banks of the Dubai Creek.
The waterfront location of this restaurant emulates the Mediterranean dining experience in Dubai. The restaurant has both indoor seating and a wraparound open-air terrace on the water, with incredible views over Dubai Creek, allowing diners to relax and watch the world go by. The terrace features two open kitchens, one of which is a pastry kitchen, and a floating shisha bar.
Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, Skafos reimagines dishes from Greece, Italy and Spain. Serving dinner from 5pm daily, Skafos offers a range of hot and cold starters, including a watermelon and feta salad, a chicken gyros bowl, friend calamari and lamb keftedes. There are also Greek mezze, cold cut and charcuterie and cheese platters available to share.
For the main course, there is range of meat and fish cooked on a stone grill, served with stuffed bell peppers, crispy flat breads and tzatziki. Other highlights include a whole baked sea bass, a seafood platter, a paella rustica for two, a roasted rack of lamb and a vegan tomato moussaka.
The desserts served include European classics tiramisu and crème catalana, as well as Turkish favourite baklava. There are also a range of unique ice cream and sorbet flavours available, including rosewater and lychee, green apple and basil, and Earl Grey tea and orange.
Skafos offers a range of signature cocktails and a notably significant range of mocktails. Carafes of classic Spanish drinks sangria and tinto de verrano are also available, to further recreate the Mediterranean experience emulated by Skafos’s menu and beautiful setting.
Skafos also often launches promotions with special dining deals. Previously, they have offered a three-course dinner for AED 150, and a paella for two with a carafe of sangria for AED 190. So it is definitely worth keeping an eye out for any future promotions.
Skafos serves Mediterranean-inspired food in a waterfront setting, daily from 5pm to 1am.
