Atelier M is a restaurant, lounge and rooftop in the heart of the Dubai Marina, offering breath-taking views of the city’s skyline. The concept was founded by chef Mohammad Islam after gaining international success in the field of luxury dining and hospitality, and with a vision to bring fine Mediterranean cuisine to Dubai. The contemporary menu fuses flavour from the Med with Japanese influences to create a collection of unique dishes, each one offering something new and surprising.
The sleek and modern restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows that serve the dual function of flooding the space with natural light in the day, but also to provide diners with the best possible view of the marina and city below. The a la carte menu features starters, pizzas, mains and desserts. Examples of Mohammad’s daring flavour combinations begin with the appetisers, with examples being artichoke tortellini paired with roasted purple artichoke, buffalo ricotta and a soy emulsion, and truffle asparagus with mushrooms, a poached egg and truffle viniagrette.
A selection of pizzas cater for a more relaxed style of dining if that’s what you're after. Look out for toppings such as curried chicken and braised BBQ beef brisket. Elegant main dishes include 12-hour cooked lamb shank with saffron risotto and lamb jus, and pan seared scallops with cauliflower puree and beluga caviar. From the desserts list, discover the likes of praline tiramisu with cold brew coffee, praline mascarpone and dark chocolate, and a tropical pavlova.
An extensive wine list covers regions from all over the globe, while the bar menu features an impressive collection of cocktails, mocktails and spirits alongside bar snacks to whet the appetite. Think crispy calamari, BBQ brisket quesadillas and buffalo chicken wings.
