The dinner menu at Mirage Dubai is Japanese and features plenty of classic sushi dishes, including California rolls, spicy tuna rolls, poke bowls and top-quality sashimi. There are also innovative creations such as the green dragon roll, which is a mix of salmon, cucumber, soft cheese, tobiko caviar, unagi sauce, and sesame seeds topped with thinly sliced avocado. For large groups, or just to take the stress away from ordering, why not opt for one of the set sushi platters instead? Finish with something sweet, such as honey cake, strawberry cheesecake or a fruit platter.
The drinks list features signature cocktails, classic combinations and enticing new creations such as the Crème Blure Martini which combines three liqueurs (Baileys, Malibu and Cointreau). Elsewhere, a concise selection of wines, Champagnes and whiskeys from across the globe completes the list.
There's even a dedicated entertainment menu, where guests can select to add their favourite song to the DJ list, or request a special song from the Mirage vocalist. The restaurant also offers a shisha menu featuring sweet, sour, spicy, fresh and dessert-flavoured shisha.
