Although you can visit Nobu nearly anywhere in the world, this outpost in Doha is certainly not one to miss. The world’s largest Nobu branch is at the Four Seasons Hotel Doha, on a peninsula on Doha Bay with spectacular views of the city's skyline and the sea. The three-story restaurant, designed by American architect David Rockwell, was inspired by Doha’s history of pearl diving. The interior is extravagant with opulent décor, making this Nobu an extremely special location to enjoy dinner at.
Head chef Andrew Bozoki serves a menu of Nobu classics, including the famous black cod with yuzu miso, and also more contemporary dishes on the ‘Nobu Now’ menu, featuring a lobster artichoke salad with dry miso, and a roasted duck breast with orange miso. Nobu Doha also offers a brunch on Friday afternoons, serving dishes such as a shrimp and truffle quinoa risotto with a poached egg, and eggs Benedict with crab on crispy toast. Children under 10 are only welcome for brunch, worth keeping in mind when planning a family visit.
The kitchen team also offers a live sushi class on the first Saturday of every month, an opportunity to learn from the sushi masters themselves. Other events include a ladies’ night every Monday, offering diners one complimentary drink with their meal. Takeaway is also available.
Nobu Doha offers Nobu classics and updated dishes in a beautiful setting on Doha Bay, a unique Nobu experience.
