The restaurant is led by legendary three Michelin star Chef Pierre Gagnaire who brings his years of experience of cookery and hospitality to the pass.

This is realised through starters like duck foie gras terrine with quince paste and toasted brioche, or lacquered squab pigeon salad with juniper sweet onion marmalade. Moving on, there are both pasta and raw sections should you want to elongate your evening and make your meal either four or five courses long. From the pasta section, the black truffle spaghetti is always a popular option, while the raw langoustines marinated in an orange reduction with bufala yogurt, green apple and pine nuts presents a really fresh dish to whet the appetite with.
For mains you’ll fine both freshwater fish and seafood, as well as a billing of luxurious meat dishes. Examples of the the latter might include Milanese lamb chops with artichokes, Parmesan and mint sauce served alongside borlotti beans with soft apricots. For seafood lovers, there’s wild turbot, blue lobster and a traditional sole meuniere. All of this does come at a price, with mains ranging AED145-AED480.
For something a little more relaxed, why not try the famous house pizza? Here you’ll find toppings such as stracciatella, cuttle fish and prawns, or black truffle. Elsewhere on the casual menu you’ll find salads, burgers and various fish dishes.
Desserts aren’t to be missed either, with the chestnut meringue a house classic. Alternatively, why not order the apple tart to share? There’s more than enough to go round and it comes with caramel ice cream and cinnamon Chantilly.
