Owned by three Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire, Pierre’s TT promises a ‘sensorial dining experience’ and serves authentic French delicacies with experimental cocktails. A testament of its quality and popularity, the restaurant was voted the 2021 World & Middle East best Hotel Restaurant.
Situated in Dubai’s Festival City, Pierre’s TT offers a breezy and elegant atmosphere with views of the Dubai Creek. The interior is divided into the lounge, dining room and terrace, and each room is chic, modern and resplendent in greenery with gold accents and soft lighting to give the space a stylish yet relaxed impression.
The menu is a delightful mix of Gagnaire classics and contemporary French plates. Pizzas and quinoa crisps are available for sharing, and starters offer the best of French cuisine, including duck foie gras terrine and escargots with garlic butter, along with international plates like burrata and tomato carpaccio, and pan-fried squid.
The main menu is varied, divided into crudo, pasta/cereals, salt water/fresh water, meat, and burgers. Expect to find classic French gastronomy - frogs legs with Poulette sauce, beef tartare, grilled steak with Bearnaise - and a range of other dishes from further afield, such as saku tuna tataki with crispy rice, cacio e pepe, and free-range chicken Shimisu with basmati rice and smoked tea.
All desserts are available to share and range from basked alaska to rum baba to lemon panna cotta. Also be sure to try some of the interesting concoctions available on the cocktail menu.
Not only a hub of great food and elegant dining, Pierre’s TT also provides quality entertainment - head over on a Wednesday for a taste of live jazz.
