Nammos is synonymous with beach life in Mykonos - the beach bar has become world famous thanks to a steady procession of celebrities and socialites who visit to experience its unique hospitality. Dubai is no stranger to beach clubs, of course, so it comes as no surprise that Nammos has found its way here, nestled into a chic stretch of sand at Jumeirah Beach’s Four Seasons Resort Dubai.
You can’t miss Nammos if you’re strolling along the sand here - the signature umbrellas and beach towels let you know you’ve arrived, and pristine white sun loungers line the beach with views overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Daria Island. Walk up to the restaurant itself and you’ll find an outdoor area punctuated with tall palms and calming water pools. Marble tiles and whitewashed stone give Nammos a relaxed, Mediterranean feel.
The Mediterranean menu uses a huge range of authentic Mediterranean ingredients, with many things on the menu flown directly from Europe in order to ensure quality. Despite the relaxed vibe of the restaurant, the menu is undoubtedly lux - there’s a separate caviar menu for example, for those who appreciate the finer things in life, and you can choose between oysters, lobsters, crabs, shrimp and a variety of dayboat-caught fish from the fresh fish counter. Though there is a clear focus on seafood and sushi, there’s plenty of other options on the menu too - Nammos also specialises in top-quality sharing beef cuts and steaks, chargrilled to order, and there are fresh pasta dishes too.
The restaurant also boasts a significant wine collection, much of which is on display via glass cabinets in the restaurant. Nammos holds rare wines from all over the world and also offers wine pairings, guided by in-house sommeliers.
